Sign reversal of anomalous Hall conductivity and magnetoresistance in cubic noncollinear antiferromagnet <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mi>Mn</mml:mi><mml:mn>3</mml:mn></mml:msub><mml:mi>Pt</mml:mi></mml:mrow></mml:math> thin films

The two-dimensional kagome spin lattice structure of Mn atoms in the family ${\mathrm{Mn}}_{3}X$ noncollinear antiferromagnets are providing substantial excitement exploration Berry-curvature physics and associated nontrivial magnetotransport responses. Much these studies performed hexagonal systems, mainly ${\mathrm{Mn}}_{3}\mathrm{Sn}$ ${\mathrm{Mn}}_{3}\mathrm{Ge}$ with planes having their normal along [001] direction. In this paper, we report our study cubic ${\mathrm{Mn}}_{3}\mathrm{Pt}$ thin films to [111] crystal axis. Our reveal a hole conduction dominant Hall response non-monotonic temperature dependence anomalous conductivity (AHC), increasing from $9\phantom{\rule{0.28em}{0ex}}{\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Omega}}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}\phantom{\rule{0.16em}{0ex}}{\mathrm{cm}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ at room $29\phantom{\rule{0.28em}{0ex}}{\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Omega}}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}\phantom{\rule{0.16em}{0ex}}{\mathrm{cm}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ 100 K, followed by drop unexpected sign reversal lower temperatures. Similar is also observed magnetoresistance measurements. We attribute transition Berry-curvature-dominated AHC high weak canted ferromagnetic temperatures below 70 K caused reorientation moments out plane. above results make advances integration room-temperature antiferromagnetic spintronics.
